Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ironvault Sentra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ironvault Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Service Description

Ironvault Sentra is a multi-tenant security posture dashboard designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The Service provides: • Real-time security posture scoring and monitoring • Integration with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender • AI-powered incident detection and analysis • Compliance reporting and audit trail • Device management and threat visibility • One-click remediation actions The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Section 3

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your Microsoft 365 permissions are correctly configured • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties or allow multiple users to access the Service through a single account unless authorized by your subscription plan.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization • Use automated tools to access the Service except through our official APIs • Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in activities that degrade service for others Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Data Handling & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans: • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension of Service access • Taxes are not included and are your responsibility Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to separate terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ironvault Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code unless permitted by law.

Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • Security threats will be detected with 100% accuracy • The Service will meet all of your requirements • Any errors will be corrected TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Section 9

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement: • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms • We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason Upon termination: • Your right to access the Service ceases immediately • We will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes: • We will notify you via email or through the Service • Changes become effective 30 days after notice • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms • If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised.
Section 11

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ironvault Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiations between the parties 2. If negotiations fail, binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules 3. Small claims court for qualifying disputes You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
